Terms of Use
License
Squishu is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add details specific to Squishu. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.
Purchases
- Squishu+ and the cosmetic packs are one-time purchases. They stay yours and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account with Restore Purchases in the shop.
- Crumbs and streak freezes are used up when you spend them and can't be restored.
- The Starter Pack and the Re-steam Bundle can each be bought once. Their crumbs and freezes work like any others, and the Squishu they include stays in your squad.
- Squishu Capsules and Cosmetic Capsules are opened with crumbs and give a random Squishu or cosmetic. The odds for each are shown in the shop before you open one.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Crumbs and coins
Crumbs and coins are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or transferred, and are only used inside Squishu.
Your progress
Progress is saved on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own iCloud account, so it follows you to your other devices and comes back after a reinstall. Without iCloud, deleting the app or losing your device without a backup loses your progress, including unspent crumbs.
Fair play
Leaderboards are more fun when they're real. Please don't use tools, modified apps, or exploits to change scores. We may remove scores that clearly weren't earned in the game.
Acceptable use
Squishu is for personal, non-commercial play. Please don't reverse engineer the app or try to unlock purchases without buying them.
No warranty
Squishu is provided "as is". We work to keep it fun and available, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. We'll post changes on this page and update the effective date above.
